Which cities does Viso work in?
From Medellín, Colombia, we provide advisory and support wherever you need it, combining remote and on-site work as your project requires. We can also deliver our services digitally, which removes any border barrier.
What do I need to request a construction budget?
To build a budget we need all the graphic and technical information required to execute the work: architectural design, structural design, utility network design, construction details, soil study and permits. If you do not have one of these initial studies, our team can help you produce the missing designs.
Do you provide public works oversight?
No. At Viso we advise you on preparing the budget and the technical and financial proposal if you are bidding for a merit-based competition. We have experience verifying budget and contract information in the public sector at department level. We will gladly guide you on direct cost, multiplier factor calculation, contract perfection costs, payroll burden factor and any other corrections you need to put together a solid proposal.
Do you design sets for film and advertising?
Yes. We design sets and temporary structures for audiovisual productions, supporting the project from concept through to the shoot, with the same technical and safety criteria we apply to built work.
